This was a special cake to make. It was ordered by a husband for his wife for their 5th wedding anniversary. The traditional anniversary gift at 5 years is wood, so we decided to put wood around the cake. The chapel is representative of the RCMP chapel at 'Depot' in Regina, in front of which the couple was married. It was Chocolate cake with fudge buttercream.
