Snowflakes
We haven't been getting much snow this winter, so I used a fundraiser as an opportunity to make some of my own! These Pumpkin Spice cupcakes were filled with a Vanilla Cream Cheese Buttercream and topped with a snowflake made from Royal Icing.
I was having so much fun making snowflakes that I decided to make a small cake for some friends who were coming to visit. It too was Pumpkin Spice Cake with Vanilla Cream Cheese Buttercream.
