Christmas Cake

This festive cake was for a girls' club called GEMS. Every year they combine their Christmas Party with a birthday party for Jesus. The cake was Vanilla and Chocolate with Vanilla buttercream.

Since I had leftover cake, and I'm a sucker for punishment, I made a second, smaller cake for my husbands work. This was also Vanilla and Chocolate cake, but with an Irish Cream frosting.

Pink Paisley

This was another cake for a new baby. Before I had been asked to do a cake for this particular baby shower, I saw a version of this cake on T.V. and immediately wanted to do it for my next baby girl cake. I just think the little flowers are so sweet. This is Vanilla Cake with Irish Cream frosting. The flowers are made from gumpaste.

Mad Hatter

This was a fantastically fun cake, ordered for a 'Mad Hatter' themed office party in honor of a co-workers retirement. It was Chocolate cake with Vanilla buttercream. The flowers and feather were made from gum paste.
